Rebecca is a counselor in Clackamas who works with teens and adults of all ages, offering relationally based, trauma-informed therapy that honors each client’s unique experiences, relationships, and life circumstances.
Her clinical focus includes relational dynamics, trauma recovery, anxiety, and depression. She helps clients build greater self-understanding, emotional health, and resilience.
Rebecca takes a collaborative approach, believing that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and healing. She helps clients navigate their current stage of life, identify their personal values, and build a way of living that aligns with what matters most to them.
She draws on trauma-informed interventions including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and welcomes conversations about spirituality and faith when clients want them.
Early sessions focus on building rapport and getting to know your story, your values, and your goals, so Rebecca can understand how best to support you. She offers in-person sessions in Clackamas as well as telehealth appointments across Oregon.
Rebecca earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Multnomah University, graduating with distinction, and completed EMDR Basic Training in 2024.
Outside the counseling room, Rebecca enjoys time with her husband, four adult children, and grandchildren. She also loves her dog, Rusty, and values the everyday moments with family.
